  • Kemitt’s Return and Replacement Policy

    You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date you received the order in case the product received had a manufacturing defect, was not matching the specifications mentioned on the website or was damaged. Photos/Videos of the defect/damage should be attached to the request. Return requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product damaged or not matching specs

    Most of Kemitt’s products are made on demand for you! You can inspect your product on spot upon delivery and refuse it without reason, or you can request a return or a replacement only if the product is damaged or not matching the specifications on the website, within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Change In Mind

    -The customer can request a return within 48 hrs after delivery without having to mention a reason. -Shipping fees will be deducted from the paid amount. -The product should be in the same condition, without any traces of usage and with the original packaging.

  • Product inspection:

    The product will be inspected before initiating the refund, in case the product was damaged, used, without the original packaging, or missing any parts, the customer is not eligible for a refund and the request will be cancelled. In which case, the customer will have to bear the shipping fees again to ship the product back to them. This shipping fees must be paid in advance before delivery, through any of our payment channels or through a direct transaction to Kemitt’s bank account.

  • Method of refund:

    -The refund process will be initiated only after we receive the returned item and inspect it to make sure it is eligible for return. -The refund will be through the same method of payment, except for COD orders. -COD refunds amount will be wired to the customers bank account within 14 business days after receiving the returned item and inspecting it, and after the customer sends their bank account details, whichever the latest.

  • Products not eligible for returns

    -Bedding products such as bed sheets, mattresses, and pillowcases. -Cookware and tableware. -Cushions and tablecloths.

  • Return process

    -The courier will contact the customer within 7-14 business days to collect the returned item, if the customer was not responsive, the return request will be cancelled. -Any gifts or free items should be returned with the original item, or the request will be cancelled.

  • Replacement process

    -The courier will contact the customer within 7-14 business days to collect the returned item, if the customer was not responsive, the replacement request will be cancelled. -The replacement will only be initiated after the item is collected and inspected. -After inspection, and only if the item is received in the original condition it was delivered in, the replacement process will be initiated. -The new item will take the same production and delivery times as the original. -The customer bears the shipping fees of replacement and should be paid in advance before delivery, through any of our payment channels or through a direct transaction to Kemitt’s bank account.

  • Warranty

    -Some products are eligible for merchant warranty, however, kemitt is not responsible for any maintenance or replacements. -Warranty issues are directly handled between the merchant and the customer.
